Work since 2006 has included supporting the organisation to prepare for EFQM assessment through introduction of strategic and business planning, design and introduction of new customer focused training, 360 assessment and coaching for managers, use of MBTI to develop management team work, and management development programme during 2009-2010 focusing on leadership, innovation, service quality and staff development.

Belfast Metropolitan College and Belfast City Council

Services provided within both organisations where MT has been an executive have included leadership development, organisation development consultancy, executive coaching and career planning.

Positive Futures

Services provided since 2009 have included executive coaching and organisation development consultancy; the design and delivery of a leadership development programme which included the introduction of peer action learning sets to build capacity and a culture of learning and innovation in the organisation.

Cavan County Council

Services provided since 2007: leadership development programmes including with the top team, using 360 assessment and coaching to plan leadership development, peer action learning sets to support change and innovation projects, leadership skills development to build leadership capacity at all levels. Assisted in the development of the 2010 -2016 corporate plan and the accompanying organisation development plan. This involved carrying out an online organisational assessment with staff to identify strengths and weaknesses. The organisation development strategy is now project planned and is being implemented under the leadership of the County manager and senior team, with individual work streams being led and coordinated  by alumni of the leadership programmes.
